Due to maintenance work on the tram tracks, tram services around Prague Castle will be diverted this weekend. The section between Chotkovy sady and Brusnice will be affected in both directions. The restrictions will begin on Friday, 6 September at 6:00 PM and continue until Monday, 9 September at 4:40 AM.
A total of four tram lines will be affected by the diversions. Lines 22 and 23, as well as the historic line 42, will be rerouted via the stops Chotkovy sady, Hradčanská, and Prašný most. The historic line 41 will also be diverted. On the way to the city center, it will run via Vozovna Střešovice and Sparta, while in the opposite direction, it will pass through Chotkovy sady and Hradčanská before reaching Vozovna Střešovice.
Changes to Tram Lines:
- Lines 22, 23, and the historic line 42 will be diverted between Malostranská and Brusnice, running via Chotkovy sady, Hradčanská, and Prašný most.
- The historic line 41 will be diverted towards the city center via the Vozovna Střešovice – Sparta section, passing through the Prašný most and Hradčanská stops. On the return route from the city center, it will be diverted between Malostranská and Vozovna Střešovice, via Chotkovy sady, Hradčanská, and Prašný most.
