    PPF Real Estate Acquires Hilton Hotel Prague

    With nearly 800 rooms and approximately 5,000 square metres of conference space, the Hilton Prague is the largest hotel in the Czech Republic

    PPF Real Estate Holding, part of the PPF Group, announced on Friday that it has acquired the Hilton Prague, one of the most iconic hotels in the Czech capital. This investment aims to strengthen the Group’s position in the hotel and conference sector while emphasising its strategic commitment to sustainable growth.

    PPF Real Estate Holding (“PPF RE”) has signed an agreement to acquire the landmark Hilton Prague from Quinn Group Luxembourg Hotels (“Quinn Group”), represented by Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (“IBRC”). The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

    The acquisition, subject to customary regulatory approvals, enhances the Property Management division of PPF Group (“PPF” or “the Group”) by bolstering its hotel and conference business. With nearly 800 rooms and 5,000 square metres of conference facilities, the Hilton Prague stands as the largest hotel in the Czech Republic and a premier conference venue in Europe.
