Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Prague is setting new standards in catering and sustainability. With an innovative hydroponics system, the hotel not only offers its guests fresh, organic ingredients at its Oscar’s Bar restaurant, but also actively contributes to environmental protection. This concept blends cutting-edge technology with an ecological approach, ensuring a unique culinary experience in Prague.
Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Prague, located in the Smíchov district, elevates the gastronomic experience in the city with a modern hydroponics system from Greeentech. Fresh herbs and salads are now grown directly at the hotel, enhancing the quality of the food while reducing the emissions typically associated with transport.

This approach allows guests at Oscar’s Bar to enjoy the freshest and most vitamin-rich organic ingredients, cultivated right at the hotel. Every month, up to 120 units of herbs and salads are produced, enriching the restaurant’s menu with vibrant, fresh flavours.

Sustainability at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Prague is not merely a trend, but a long-term commitment. The hotel actively supports eco-friendly initiatives, such as a zero-waste approach in the kitchen, using locally sourced produce, and its own award-winning honey production, celebrated for its exceptional flavour.
