The Festival delikátních chutí will once again launch Prague’s food festival season. Enjoy a day filled with flavours, a fantastic atmosphere, friendly encounters, and unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
Food lovers, seekers of exceptional flavours, and those who enjoy a unique ambience—take note! The Festival of Fine Flavours (Festival delikátních chutí) will kick off the new food festival season at the New Town Hall in Prague on Sunday, 16 March. The festival promises a rich programme featuring participants who will take you on a culinary journey through various regions of the world.
Albert Kubišta, Director of the New Town Hall, says: “Over the many years of the festival’s existence, we have succeeded in creating a space where people can have fun, discover new flavours, and share beautiful moments with their loved ones. The Spring Festival offers a diverse selection of food from different parts of the world, including Mexico and Peru, along with a variety of food trucks and stalls offering authentic specialities. Visitors can also enjoy an excellent selection of wines from France, Georgia, Sicily, and Austria.”
“With each edition of the festival, we emphasise that it is more than just a place for fine dining experiences. It should also offer something of added value on a human and social level. That’s why, this time, the FOOD TRUCK GULE (gastronomy that empowers people to live) will be among the participants – a social project that creates employment opportunities for people with disabilities,” adds Zuzana Menhartová, the festival’s producer.
