The Prague Half Marathon is one of the most popular races worldwide and will take place on 5 April in the historic centre of Prague. As last year, the race will start at Bubenské Nábřeží in Holešovice. The accompanying Running Expo 2025 will be held from 3 to 5 April at the Holešovická Tržnice, in Halls 11, 17, and 13.
“The Prague Half Marathon is a special race in historic Prague with an unforgettable atmosphere that every running enthusiast should experience,” said Carlo Capalbo, President of the RunCzech Organising Committee. The participants will be led by top Czech and international athletes, offering spectators an exciting spectacle.

Running Expo 2025
Visit the expo to complete your sports gear, purchase nutritional supplements, and – if you are participating in the 25th Prague Half Marathon on Saturday, 5 April – collect your race pack on-site in Halls 11 and 17.
The expo will also be open on race day, 5 April, allowing supporters of the runners to visit while waiting for the finishers.
Expo Opening Hours:
- Thursday, 3 April: 10:00 – 20:30
- Friday, 4 April: 10:00 – 20:00
- Saturday, 5 April: 08:30 – 15:00
Visitors can collect their race packs in Halls 11 and 17. Afterward, Hall 13 will host a sports expo where they can purchase sports equipment and nutritional supplements.
Race Number Collection in Halls 11 and 17:
- Thursday, 3 April: 10:00 – 21:00
- Friday, 4 April: 10:00 – 22:00
- Saturday, 5 April (Race Day): 06:00 – 07:30 (only in exceptional cases)

However, running enthusiasts don’t have to limit themselves to Prague to experience a half marathon. RunCzech, the organiser of the Prague Half Marathon, will host additional half marathons in the coming months in Karlovy Vary, České Budějovice, Olomouc, Ústí nad Labem, and Liberec.
